Jeremy King
Favourite marine life: Peacock mantis shrimp (Odontodactylus scyllarus).
Jeremy is a (not very secret) lifelong fan of all things Oceans, Divemaster, and originally a scientist (working on mathematical modelling of reef fish behaviour).
Also Founder and CEO/Chair of Attest, a SaaS company based in London and New York, with customers across >30 countries.
Previously at McKinsey & Company, Jeremy holds a MBA from Harvard Business School, worked on synthetic biology at MIT, and began his journey in science at the University of Edinburgh.
Jeremy is also Chair/Trustee/Member at REAch2 (improving >60 challenged state primary schools across the UK), Trustee at Nesta (>£400m endowed charity that designs, tests and scales new solutions to society’s biggest problems), and Chair/NED at several other companies and charities. Jeremy loves to support social change, diversity, and inclusion across startup and technology ecosystems.

Charlie Jackson
Favourite marine life: The humble Clownfish (Amphiprioninae)
Charlie is a serial startup engineer with more than a decade of experience in technology — from scaling and exiting high-growth ventures to contributing within larger teams.
A specialist in frontends, mobile apps and scalable architecture, he’s worked with Dojo, WalkUp, Playface and a host of other startups along the way.
Outside of coding, Charlie speaks at conferences, plays far too many board games, and performs clown comedy in London.

Simana is a seasoned technology executive with more than two decades of experience building high-scale systems, data platforms, and AI/ML solutions. She’s led global engineering teams, driven complex digital transformations, and built high-performance cultures that deliver real business impact.
Formerly Global VP of Engineering at SumUp, she’s also held engineering leadership roles at ComplyAdvantage and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. A recognised industry voice, Simana is a Forbes Technology Council member and a regular speaker on AI, data, leadership and engineering at scale. She’s deeply passionate about women in tech and believes leadership as a privilege—one she uses to elevate and empower more women, especially in the tech space.
